We've significantly enhanced our research interests generation feature to provide more accurate and up-to-date profiles for researchers. Our system now goes beyond analyzing just publications to gather information from across the internet, including directories, awarded grants, personal websites, and more.

Upload CSV for Adding Multiple Users (For Administrators)
Managing your institution’s users can be a time-consuming task, especially when administrators need to add a large number of users at once. In response to this, we've introduced a CSV Upload feature that allows administrators to effortlessly upload a list of users all at once.
Key Benefits:
- Bulk Uploading: Instead of manually entering each user one by one, administrators can now upload a CSV file containing all the necessary user details (e.g., names, emails, roles). This drastically reduces the time and effort spent on onboarding multiple users.
- Error-Free Data Entry: Say goodbye to typos or mistakes that might occur during manual data entry. By using a CSV file, administrators can ensure accuracy and consistency across their user database.
- Faster Onboarding: Whether you're adding users for a department or an entire organization, this feature makes onboarding faster and smoother. Simply upload the file, and our system will handle the rest.
- Easy to Use: This tool integrates seamlessly with the platform, and once the file is uploaded, administrators can review and confirm the entries before finalizing.
Instructions:
- Navigate to the Admin page by clicking the “Admin” tab in the top navigation bar.
- Press the “+ Add Users” button and select “Import CSV”. Note: You can also view recent invites here.

- Prepare and upload a CSV table containing the following columns for the users you want to add: Name, Email, Department, Job Title, Admin (true or false).
- Verify that the columns have been correctly imported and change “Destination Column” if needed. Then press “Next”.
- Review and edit users to be invited. You can directly change any text by clicking on the desired field. Press the “Send Invites” button to invite users to Atom.
