--- ## Description The Essential Needs Assistance Grant, offered through the Canton Greater Together Community Fund of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, provides one-time grants to nonprofit organizations serving Canton, Connecticut residents. The program is designed to address immediate and critical needs in the community, including shelter, food, and fuel/energy assistance.
