Description
The Wyoming Department of Health’s Maternal and Child Health Unit runs this Child Health Program opportunity using Title V funding. It supports community-led programs and services that increase food sufficiency for Wyoming families with children ages 0 through 18. The work should improve access to nutritious food, reduce barriers families face in obtaining it, and build sustainable community solutions.
