Description
This program, offered by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), provides federal Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) funds to support the creation of new full-time, full-service regional police departments, as well as the expansion of existing regional departments through the addition of municipalities.
