Description
The ACCP Foundation Futures Grants program supports pharmacy researcher development and the advancement of pharmacy research. The Foundation Board of Directors prioritizes building research skills among students, trainees, and early-career practitioners, with the goal of fostering sustained interest and careers in pharmacy research. Awards pair research projects with mentorship and researcher development.
The program offers Junior Investigator Research Awards and Student & Resident Research Awards. Scientific merit, the quality of research training, mentor qualifications, and available resources are central to assessment. Junior investigator applications also emphasize the research environment and potential for independent investigation.
