This opportunity supports innovative and creative programs or projects that address community needs or opportunities within Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Union, and Lycoming Counties in Pennsylvania. The Foundation seeks proposals with measurable goals, strong financial sustainability, and the potential to leverage or attract additional funding. Preference is given to projects that impact a broad and diverse population across the defined regions and that demonstrate collaboration with other nonprofits, without duplicating efforts.
