Description
The UNC Lineberger Innovation Pilot Research Awards Program is designed to stimulate novel cancer research initiatives at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The program funds early-stage projects that align with the Center’s 2026-2030 Strategic Plan, supporting basic, translational, clinical, and population science research. The goal is to foster new concepts that can lead to extramural funding and advance cancer research frontiers. Awards are open to UNC Lineberger Research Members and, with certain partnership requirements, to other UNC faculty and research staff.
