Key Information: This is a forecasted opportunity; all deadlines are projected and subject to change.
This grant supports the collection of biosamples from patients enrolled in the CARRA Registry to enable hypothesis-driven, translational research in pediatric rheumatic diseases. The program funds biosample collection at CARRA Registry sites using standardized kits, ensuring high-quality and comparable samples for future research. Projects must align with the 2023–2025 CARRA-Arthritis Foundation Inflammatory Arthritis Research Agenda, with priority given to topics such as precision medicine, biomarker identification, medication impact, genetic and environmental influences, long-term outcomes, health disparities, and treatment safety. Collected samples are stored in designated biobanks and made available for future research within the CARRA network.
