Description
The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) conducts an annual competition to identify and prioritize projects for federal Continuum of Care (CoC) funding within Los Angeles County. This process, known as the CoC Program NOFO Competition, is designed to select and rank proposals that best address homelessness and align with both local and federal strategies to reduce homelessness. Selected projects are recommended by LAHSA for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), supporting a range of services including shelter, housing, and supportive programs for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
