Description
The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), part of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs, offers this competitive cooperative agreement to provide training and technical assistance to Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP) grantees.
The assistance is intended to address grantees’ technical and operational challenges and improve responses to overdose deaths, illicit opioids, stimulants, and other substances.
