Description
The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) administers Indiana’s Emergency Solutions Grant program with funding it receives annually from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The program assists people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness through financial support for essential services, shelter operations, and housing stabilization.
