Description
The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) administers the HOME Homeowner Rehabilitation grant through its HOME Urban Rural Round. The round distributes funding across Tennessee through a competitive application process for cities, counties, and nonprofit organizations outside local HOME participating jurisdictions.
The federally funded HOME Program promotes the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable housing for low-income households in Tennessee. For homeowner rehabilitation, THDA provides administrators with program manuals, rehabilitation applications, file checklists, construction and inspection forms, and beneficiary agreements.
