The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), in partnership with the Department of Human Services’ Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services, administers PACTT funding through Juvenile Justice Reinvestment Funds. The initiative supports academic instruction, work-related services, and job skills training for adjudicated youth served by residential facilities, community-based providers, and juvenile probation departments.
Funding is intended to enhance services aligned with PACTT Project Standards, with an emphasis on sustainable programming. Supported work includes instructional and vocational equipment, curriculum, training materials, and work-related experiences. The program seeks to strengthen academic skills, job readiness, employability, and economic self-sufficiency while supporting successful reentry into communities, home schools, and workplaces through transitional planning.
