This opportunity, jointly offered by the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF) and the Pediatric Dermatology Research Alliance (PeDRA), aims to accelerate research that addresses critical gaps in understanding, treating, and managing pediatric alopecia areata (AA). The grant encourages innovative scientific investigations into disease mechanisms, epidemiology, patient-reported outcomes, psychosocial effects, and improved therapeutic approaches for children and adolescents affected by AA.
