Description
The UNC Lineberger Innovation Pilot Research Awards Program is designed to advance novel cancer research initiatives that align with the Center’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan. The program encourages applications from all academic faculty levels and supports projects across basic, translational, clinical, and population sciences. Its primary aim is to foster new research directions, stimulate groundbreaking discoveries, and help researchers develop competitive applications for future external funding. The program is open to UNC Lineberger Research Members, with opportunities for collaboration with associate members and non-members through multi-PI applications.
