Description
This funding opportunity, offered by NEIWPCC in partnership with the NYS DEC Hudson River Estuary Management Program, aims to support local organizations in implementing projects that engage communities in watershed education, outreach, and stewardship. Projects should advance the Clean Hudson River Water and Healthy Tributaries goals outlined in the Hudson River Estuary Action Agenda 2026-2030. The grant emphasizes local involvement, public engagement, and the creation of educational materials or public events to foster stewardship, flood resilience, drinking water protection, and best management practices throughout the Hudson River Estuary watershed.
