The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), within the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs, offers this opportunity to support specialized training for OVC-funded multidisciplinary anti-trafficking task forces and teams and legal service providers. The program seeks successful outcomes for victims of human trafficking as defined by 22 U.S.C. § 7102(11).
Applicants should propose approaches that strengthen Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM) task forces, multidisciplinary teams, and legal service providers. The focus is on building their capacity to identify and serve victims, conduct victim-centered investigations, and successfully prosecute traffickers. Funding is offered through cooperative agreements.
