The National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF) Travel Grant Awards are designed to support early career researchers—graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and recent MDs/PhDs (within two years of degree or postdoc training)—who are presenting research related to alopecia areata at major scientific conferences. The grant covers travel, registration, and accommodation expenses for meetings such as those organized by the Society for Investigative Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology, World Congress for Hair Research, and other relevant gatherings in dermatology, immunology, and hair research. The goal is to foster professional development and encourage the dissemination of innovative research findings in the global scientific community.
