Resources are intended for school resource officers, school administrators, teachers, and other school personnel.
The program aims to increase understanding and appropriate implementation of parents’ constitutional rights, their role in the education system, and related practices to keep children safe. By strengthening knowledge across the school safety community, the training is intended to prevent violations, promote lawful decision-making, and ensure that constitutional protections and parental rights are meaningfully respected and upheld.
