Description
This opportunity provides funding for the establishment of Regional Nutrition Hubs (RNH) to deliver technical assistance focused on expanding and improving nutrition services within HRSA-supported Health Center Programs. The goal is to enhance the prevention, management, and treatment of diseases through nutritional and food-based interventions tailored to regional needs. The cooperative agreements will support organizations in providing expertise, resources, and best practices to health centers, advancing the quality and reach of nutrition services.
