Description
The Health Resources and Services Administration’s FY 2027 Health Center Program Service Area Competition supports the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality preventive and primary health care services to medically underserved communities and populations. Grants support services in the United States and its territories.
Service areas available for competition are announced in the Service Area Announcement Table for each notice of funding opportunity. HRSA may announce additional service areas during the year through a Service Area Competition–Additional Area if an awarded health center cannot continue providing services in its funded area.
