Description
This program provides cooperative agreements to state and regional Primary Care Associations (PCAs) to develop and deliver technical assistance for Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes (LALs). The goal is to improve access to high-quality preventive and primary health care services, enhance chronic disease prevention and management, strengthen the health center workforce, and support health centers in responding to emergent health events. PCAs are expected to implement payer strategies (including value-based care) and accelerate data-driven improvements for operational and clinical quality, working both directly and in collaboration with other HRSA-funded technical assistance programs.
