This award, presented by the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS), honors members who have demonstrated exemplary service in mentoring and recruiting individuals from groups underrepresented in mass spectrometry. The award highlights those who actively promote equity and inclusion in STEM fields, contribute to the development of inclusive STEM policies and practices, and make a significant impact across career stages. Up to two recipients are recognized each year with a monetary award and a plaque at the ASMS Annual Conference.
