Description
This award, offered by the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS), honors members who demonstrate exemplary service in mentoring and/or recruiting individuals from groups underrepresented in the field of mass spectrometry. The award is designed to highlight impactful efforts that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) in STEM, particularly within the mass spectrometry community. Up to two recipients are selected annually, each receiving $1,000 and a commemorative plaque, with recognition at the ASMS Annual Conference.
