Description
The American Physiological Society (APS) presents this award to a member who demonstrates exceptional leadership and a sustained commitment to mentoring trainees from underrepresented and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. It recognizes outstanding training of graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior faculty, with an emphasis on preparing trainees to contribute to physiology.
