Description
The AABP Foundation Grant provides funding for research projects that address clinically relevant issues in beef or dairy cattle, such as disease treatment, prevention, production medicine, or cattle welfare. The goal is to support studies that have direct impact on bovine practice, especially those unlikely to receive industry funding. The grant encourages applications from private practitioners and early career professionals. Successful applicants are expected to present their findings at an AABP annual conference and submit results for publication.
Projects are evaluated on criteria including academic qualifications, relevance to bovine practice, scientific merit, methodology, feasibility, and budget justification.
