Description
This program supports child and adolescent psychiatry residents by offering an immersive professional development experience at the AACAP Annual Meeting. The award provides a formal introduction to the field, mentorship from experienced child and adolescent psychiatrists, and opportunities to participate in academic and networking sessions. Selected residents receive a reimbursable stipend to help offset the costs of attending the meeting, with the goal of fostering future leaders in the specialty.
