Description
This program immerses two selected pediatric residents in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry by supporting their attendance at the AACAP Annual Meeting. Through the initiative, participants receive mentorship from established professionals, participate in academic and networking events, and gain exposure to the specialty. The program is designed to foster professional growth and encourage interest in child and adolescent psychiatry among pediatric trainees.
