The AACAP Educational Outreach Program for Pediatric Residents is designed to introduce pediatric residents to the field of child and adolescent psychiatry. Through participation in the AACAP Annual Meeting, selected residents receive mentorship from established practitioners, access to academic and networking events, and exposure to the latest advancements in the discipline. The program aims to foster early career interest by supporting professional development and facilitating connections within the field. Up to two pediatric residents are selected annually for this opportunity.
