This award recognizes and supports early-career researchers in the American and Canadian Divisions of the International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (IADR) who have conducted original research in oral disease prevention or oral health promotion. Managed by the American Association for Dental, Oral & Craniofacial Research (AADOCR) and supported by Kenvue, the award highlights research that demonstrates originality, clarity, and potential public health impact. Finalists are selected to present their work at the AADOCR/CADR Annual Meeting & Exhibition, with winners advancing to compete in the IADR Joseph Lister Award for New Investigators. The competition emphasizes research excellence, presentation skills, and a clear plan for future work.
