Description
The AADOCR Mind the Future Program is a year-long mentoring and professional development initiative designed to support early-career investigators in dental, oral, and craniofacial research. Managed by the American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (AADOCR), the program aims to foster the next generation of research leaders through a blend of in-person and virtual activities, hands-on research career development, and mentored grant writing. Participants benefit from access to a national mentoring network, career workshops—including science communication training—and peer networking opportunities. The program is specifically structured to enhance diversity and inclusion in the research workforce and supports mentees as they transition to independent research careers.
