Description
The American Association of Immunologists (AAI) Laboratory Grant helps mid-career and senior investigators with limited research funds attend AAI’s annual meeting. It supports meeting participation and presentation of submitted scientific work, rather than laboratory research itself. For this cycle, applicants must be first or last authors on abstracts submitted to IMMUNOLOGY2027.
The award goes to a principal investigator (PI) or laboratory director, who may name a second recipient from the same laboratory. This structure supports participation by both an established investigator and another laboratory member. Presentations may be podium talks or posters, with poster presenters required to display their work and attend their assigned presentation session.
