Description
The AALL/Bloomberg Law Continuing Education Grant Program, administered by the American Association of Law Libraries, supports the development and sharing of educational workshops, classes, and other programs across the AALL community. The Continuing Education Grant Jury awards grants twice a year, considering demonstrated need and the potential to distribute programming to a wider AALL audience.
Support can help develop content of varying lengths, fund partnerships between special interest sections (SISs) and chapters, address budget shortfalls for planned programs, or cover start-up costs for innovative formats. Applicants develop educational content, identify speakers or presenters, and propose delivery options and venues. Past awards have supported institutes, conferences, and teaching exchanges addressing legal research, artificial intelligence, diversity, wellness, and professional practice.
