The International Council Associates Mentorship Program (ICAMP) is an initiative by the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) aimed at developing outstanding early-career medical physicists. The program uses a mentorship and shadowing model, pairing six selected Associates with experienced mentors from AAPM’s International Council and related committees. Associates participate in regular meetings, shadow international activities, and contribute to specific global medical physics projects. The goal is to foster a new generation of leaders with a long-term commitment to global health and education in medical physics.
