Description
This program supports early-stage Kansas researchers, innovators, and small businesses in their pursuit of federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) awards. Through two tracks—Phase 0 (proposal development assistance) and Phase I (state matching funds for federal awardees)—the program aims to boost the number and competitiveness of SBIR/STTR proposals originating from Kansas, accelerate technology commercialization, and strengthen the state’s innovation ecosystem.
