Description
The Strategic Economic Expansion and Development (SEED) grant, administered by the Kansas Department of Commerce, is designed to strengthen rural communities in Kansas by funding projects that enhance local quality of life and economic vitality. The program targets communities with a population of 5,000 or less and provides up to $25,000 for initiatives in four key categories: childcare and senior programming, community vibrancy, food retail, and libraries.
