Description
The Global Research Institute (GRI) at William & Mary runs Accelerate, its most significant investment in faculty- and staff-led research. The program helps researchers turn existing projects with proof-of-concept or preliminary results into sustainable research enterprises addressing complex, real-world challenges.
Alongside funding, GRI assigns a Senior Research Manager and provides strategic, fiscal, administrative, partnership-development, and communications support. The program aims to help teams expand their research, pursue external funding, and bring findings to people and organizations beyond academia who can use them.
