Description
This grant opportunity, offered by the American Kennel Club Canine Health Foundation (AKC CHF), funds research projects aimed at improving the health and well-being of all dogs. The program supports studies investigating disease processes, developing solutions to canine health problems, or producing outcomes-based solutions in clinical settings. Priority is given to proposals addressing significant needs in canine health, fostering critical discoveries, and producing outcomes that can meaningfully impact veterinary care and the lives of dogs. Research across all areas of canine health is eligible, and applicants are encouraged to align projects with one or more of the Foundation’s 25 Research Program Areas.
