--- ## Description This award honors outstanding scientific discoveries in green chemistry that establish the foundation for environmentally friendly products or manufacturing processes at costs comparable to or lower than existing technologies. It targets breakthroughs that align with green chemistry principles and demonstrate strong potential for commercial adoption or technology transfer—either by fitting into current manufacturing infrastructure or by presenting compelling new economic benefits.
