Description
The ACS Award for Creative Invention honors a single inventor for innovative research in chemistry or chemical engineering that has resulted in a patented invention with significant practical impact. The award celebrates both the technical accomplishment and its contribution to material prosperity and human well-being. Sponsored by ACS Corporation Associates, the award consists of a $5,000 prize, a certificate, and up to $1,000 in travel expenses for the recipient to attend the ACS Spring Meeting, where the award is presented.
