--- ## Description This grant supports the organization of Chemistry Festivals—community engagement events held outside the United States and Puerto Rico that showcase the importance of chemistry in everyday life. These events are designed for the general public, often targeting young children but open to all age groups. Festivals must feature interactive activities and adhere to all ACS safety guidelines, but otherwise the format is flexible. Events may be associated with larger campaigns such as National Chemistry Week or Chemists Celebrate Earth Week, but can also occur independently at any time of year.
