--- ## Description This grant supports the organization of Chemistry Festivals—community engagement events held outside the United States and Puerto Rico. The festivals are designed to showcase the importance of chemistry in everyday life through interactive, hands-on activities for the general public, with a particular focus on young children but open to all ages. Events must follow ACS safety guidelines but may be held in a wide range of formats and at any time of year. Commonly, festivals are linked to National Chemistry Week or Chemists Celebrate Earth Week.
