    Description

The Alies Muskin Career Development Leadership Program (CDLP), administered by the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), aims to inspire the next generation of ADAA and mental health professional leaders. Open to members and non-members, it brings students and early-career clinicians and researchers into a diverse, multidisciplinary community focused on anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. It is a professional-development award tied to ADAA’s Annual Conference, rather than a project-research grant.

Participants receive intensive mentoring through a full day of panels, small-group sessions, and individual guidance. The Basic Neuroscience/Clinical Research Track supports science-focused careers through feedback on abstracts, proposed studies, or grant ideas. The Clinical Track supports professionals whose primary focus is clinical care, offering mentorship, questions and answers, and case consultation across practice and academic settings.
