The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) and the ADEAGies Foundation offer the Drisko Scholar award to support participation in the ADEA Leadership Institute. Established through a commitment from Dr. Connie L. Drisko, the scholarship provides an annual opportunity for a mid-career dental school faculty member who has demonstrated leadership potential and has been accepted into the Institute.
The award supports tuition and fees for leadership development, rather than an independent research study or project. Its goal is to prepare the recipient to make an impact on dental education as a faculty member or administrator at an academic dental institution. The award honors Dr. Drisko’s career as a dental educator, researcher and administrator.
