The Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program, supported by the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) and the generosity of Dr. Rick Workman and his wife, provides a unique, tuition-free leadership development opportunity for promising mid-career dental faculty. The goal is to prepare Assistant/Associate Deans and Department Chairs for future deanships and higher education leadership roles in academic dentistry. The program consists of a three-day, in-person intensive meeting at The Carolina Inn on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus. Selected participants will engage in skill-building, networking, and leadership training designed to advance their careers and impact academic dental institutions.
