The ADEA/Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program Scholarships, supported by the American Dental Education Association and the generosity of Dr. Rick Workman and his wife, provide 10 tuition-free spots to the Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program. This program is a three-day, in-person leadership development experience held at The Carolina Inn on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus. The scholarship is designed specifically for promising mid-career dental faculty, with the goal of preparing them for future deanships and other senior leadership roles in academic dentistry. Participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and some meal expenses.
