The ADEA/AAL Chairs and Academic Administrators Management Program Scholarship, offered by the American Dental Education Association in partnership with the Academy for Advancing Leadership (AAL), supports leadership development for dental Chairs and Academic Administrators. The scholarship provides three tuition-free spots annually to attend the AAL Chairs and Academic Administrators Management Program (CAAMP), a three-day, in-person event focused on equipping current and aspiring leaders with the skills and strategies needed for effective administration and career advancement within academic dentistry. The program aims to build leadership capacity, enhance management skills, and prepare participants for future academic leadership roles.
