This scholarship, offered by the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) through the support of Dr. Rick Workman and his wife, provides ten tuition-free spots for dental faculty to participate in the Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program. The program is an intensive, three-day, in-person leadership development experience designed to prepare mid-career dental educators for future roles as deans and academic leaders.
