Description
The ADEA Enid A. Neidle Scholar Program provides a unique opportunity for a full-time faculty member at an ADEA Member Institution to conduct a year-long research project focused on advancing academic dentistry or health professions education. The scholar also participates in leadership development activities at ADEA headquarters in Washington, DC, and gains access to networking, mentorship, and advocacy experiences tailored to their professional interests and goals. The program is designed to nurture faculty leadership and support research that informs institutional practices and the broader field of oral health education.
