The ADEA/Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program Scholarships provide 10 tuition-free spots for promising mid-career dental faculty to participate in the Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program. Sponsored by the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) through the generosity of Dr. Rick Workman and his wife, this initiative is designed to prepare faculty for higher education leadership roles, particularly future deanships, by equipping them with essential skills and professional development opportunities. The program consists of a three-day, in-person meeting at The Carolina Inn, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is part of ADEA's broader commitment to fostering the next generation of leaders in dental education.
