Description
The Advanced Endocrinology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is a one-year, post-fellowship training program designed for physicians who have already completed accredited endocrinology fellowship training. This fellowship offers advanced clinical and research training in one of five specialty areas: thyroid disease management, pituitary-gonadal-adrenal disorders and transgender/intersex care, bone mineral and calcium metabolism disorders, diabetes and metabolism (including diabetes technology), or nutrition and obesity. Fellows spend six months in direct patient care and six months on a mentored research project, benefiting from individualized mentorship, multidisciplinary collaboration, and access to state-of-the-art facilities.
