Description
This year-long mentorship program, offered by the Hope Foundation, is designed for Oncology Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)—including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Clinical Nurse Specialists—who are interested in expanding their roles within cancer clinical trials. Through structured, peer-guided mentoring, participation in a specialized SWOG APP Workshop, and five mentorship sessions over twelve months, the program aims to enhance professional development and support greater APP engagement in the National Clinical Trials Network. Direct travel funding is provided for two required SWOG group meetings.
