Through structured, peer-guided mentoring, participation in a specialized SWOG APP Workshop, and five mentorship sessions over twelve months, the program aims to enhance professional development and support greater APP engagement in the National Clinical Trials Network. Direct travel funding is provided for two required SWOG group meetings.
