Description
The Advanced Research Opportunities Program (AROP) at RWTH Aachen University provides fellowships and travel grants to international doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers from strategically significant partner institutions. The program aims to enhance bilateral research collaborations, facilitate joint projects and publications, and support capacity-building initiatives. In addition to financial support, AROP fellows benefit from German language courses, intercultural training, and comprehensive assistance from RWTH’s Welcome Center for International Researchers. The program is funded under Germany’s Excellence Strategy.
