Northwestern University’s Querrey InQbation Lab supports scientists and founders turning university discoveries into commercial ventures. Founded in 2022, the Lab is home to Northwestern research-driven startups and provides initial funding, commercialization programs, due diligence support, and venture-building guidance. Faculty, researchers, and students can explore commercial applications, generate key data, and develop translational strategies with mentors, technology development experts, and industry partners.
For research spinouts, the Lab offers wet labs, offices, shared facilities, equipment, and collaborative workspaces. Experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts help teams validate markets, shape business strategy, and prepare to launch or grow science-based companies. Connections with venture capital firms, corporate innovation teams, and industry partners support commercial validation, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
